yes yes blood renewal is all well and good, but when it drops you 15-20-25% health and ur getting beat on by 1 or 2 people its game over... fast, sometimes someone hits me with a harder hiting spell and blood renewal itself kills me, *im looking in the pvp aspect, in pve my guy can hold his own with just warrior skills*
well... most of the time

You can probably keep yourself interested in what you got just by changing things around. Remember, you don't HAVE to use a lot of necro skills if you don't want.
I'm a Elementalist/Mesmer, and at the moment my build doesn't involve the use of a SINGLE Mesmer skill...
I usually only have 1 in most of the builds I use until lately, but I'm thinking of respeccing to some kind of earth/fire/illusion. Earth and illusion to boost my armor and evasion, and fire to AoE everything while I'm tanking with my good evasiveness :P I think I'll stick with what I've got for the time being, until I hit level 20 I don't intend to do a WHOLE lot of experimenting.

There's a quest that allows you to change your secondary profession after ascension...

According to what I've read, you have a lOng road ahead of you toward reaching Ascension. It may take less time to just create a new character now, rather than continue on with this one - especially if you'd rather be playing something else.
If you get a vault in post-searing, it's possible to move equipment between different characters. So you could keep the Necro and buy a vault, create a new character in one of the other three slots, get that character to post-sear and move the items to the new character. Then decide if you'd like to delete the Necro, or keep him after all.

Where exactly do you go to gain access to a vault? I used search and all that comes up is every answer is Post-Searing... Kinda vague when I haven't found any way to access one and I have gone thru the whole game's missions, etc >,<

lol have you really gone through the whole game's missions?
Sir Tyrus should have a quest for you which says after accepting it you can't go back... THAT is the quest to go to Post Searing.
In the post searing ascalon city, look for the NPC which has [storage] after his name.

Is the quest repeatable, and how does it handle unlocked skills for pvp? Do the skills you unlocked with your secondary stay unlocked?

There is a quest for each profession after ascension they can be found by the ghosts in heros audience, destiny's gorge, and seekers path.
The way subclass changing for RP characters works is that you do the quest for the profession you want and hit accept after finishing if you want to keep it. You CAN switch between subclasses if you unlock more than one. You never lose skills and you get a free skill reset (out of the subclass skills) so you can respec your 2ndary.
And yes, if you change your subclass, you can unlock skills for it too for your PVP chars, thats what ive done.

in any town or meeting place in post-searing, there is an NPC who you talk to and for a one time payment of 50 gold, you get a vault across your whole account that holds 30 items and gold in a near-future update. Just hold Alt in a town and look around. you are bound to find it.
